Pay Over The Phone FAQ

Half Price Lawyers Offers Pay Over The Phone Services

Q: How does fixing my ticket over the phone work?

Over the phone, you can provide us with your personal information (first name, last name, DOB) and we can pull up your case information online. Once we pull up your traffic citation online, we can discuss pricing and the process of getting it resolved. If you choose to move forward with hiring us, we can take your payment over the phone or pay online, as well as your contact information to create your file. We will send you text updates to let you know the status of your case. When your case is resolved, we will send you a letter/email with your final results.

Q: What kinds of cases can I fix over the phone?

Over the phone you can retain us for any traffic ticket case including warrant as long as you have a debt or credit card and can make the retainer payment over the phone or online.

Q: What number should I call for these services?

You can reach us at our main line at (702) 400-0000. If we are unable to answer your call you can leave a message with your first and last name, case number/citation number (if you know it), and the name of the court your case is in (if you know it).

Q: Do I text or call this number?

The (702) 400-0000 number is a calling number only, but once we log your number in our system we will go ahead and send you a text message from our texting portal with our contact info. To that message, you can reply with a text and ask for updates regarding your case by text.

Q: How much does this service cost?

There is no extra fee for us to handle your traffic case over the phone.

Q: How do I pay?

You have the option to call and pay over the phone with a debit or credit, or you can go on our website and pay with a debit or credit card.

Q: What information do I need to have ready to pay?

Once we have your case information pulled up we can go ahead and take the payment. For the payment, we will need the card holder’s full name, billing address, and email.

Q: How long will fixing my ticket take?

Every case is different; the time frame is dependent on which court your case is in. In some courts, once you retain us we contact the court to let them know you have hired an attorney, and they provide us with a new court date that we will appear on which is different than the date on your ticket. For other courts, we do appear on the date that appears on your ticket. When hiring us over the phone we will explain the process and what to expect.

Q: How will I know my ticket is taken care of?

We will send you text or e-mail updates, depending on your preference, to let you know the status of your case. When your case is resolved we will send you a letter/email with your results.
